Stoli Key

My son found this buried at a park. I know there are some Stoli hotels and they are pretty fancy, but I can't imagine the keys are like this. Any ideas?

May have been part of a key chain they gave out to promote their hotel. Just a guess.

I looked it up on ebay and it appears to be a Stoli Vodka keychain
