Stirrip ring and odd locket???

Anyone ever heard of this kind of ring? Very heavy, no marks inside. The items at bottom middle of few other finds. The locket

opens with a hinge maybe for hair keepsake. Found next to musket balls and hogge like animal shaped metal things. HH Boris All good targets with cans rejected.
