Hi All,
I am from Dayton ohio. I have played with metal detecting for 20 or more years. I search for fun on playgrounds, beaches, sports fields, old lots. I keep everything I find, my best so far is a dime from 1891 at a sisters property. She said she found square nails in her fruit cellar so i walked around and found a dime outside. i am mostly panning now. In Dayton ohio I have panned for 10 years. Probably found just enough gold in 10 years here in Dayton that someone would find in a day in a gold rich area. I might find 1 or 2 smalls (70 to 100 size) each trip. But when I see it i am a kid all over again. I am a lifetime member of GPAA and interested in spreading my wings to other areas. Just saying hi.
