Stetson Hat token

I was wondering about this tokens value and rarity i can find stuff on stetson hats but nothing on the token, I appreciate any help, Its about 1 1/4" across so its pretty big

The piece will be a bit tough to date, as the Rothschild Brothers Hat Company was incorporated January 10, 1912 and was in business until dissolving October 14, 1985. Probably given out at trade shows to prospective retailers.

Well the coins found in this dig were mostly ealy 1900's late 1800's with some mid 1800,s All the coins stoped at 1944
