✅ SOLVED Sterling utensil/tool?

Found this in a goodwill clearance store, bought along with solid brass. But I've never seen this kind of utensil before v

Sterling handle feels hollow.

It is 7 in long

The thinner hooked end portion is iron with small rust v

Poetsgarden is correct. Those are often found in antique shops. So many women had to have one a hundred plus years ago.
