Sterling tongs Victorian era

I went back to the site where I found my flying eagle and a ton of other late 1800's relics. Not many signals left but managed to break my silver drought

Guessing these are either sugar cube or chocolate tongs. Any help on the makers work would be great

They cleaned up nice

I think that mark is from Manchester Mfg.Co. in Rhode Island
Nice find... Utensils sure had more character back then!

Very nice sterling silver tongs! Art Nouveau style is typical of 1890-1910!
