sterling silver U.S marine ring ,one 1800's bottle and$1.15 in change
Had to go help my dad and mom out on some plumbing issues on there house and decided to bring my gear and ive gone over my parents yard about 50 times which produced three gold rings and $25.75 in change a few of my old match box cars and a GI Joe leg .... I figure that the winter weather my have pushed a few more coins to the surface and I was right got $1.15 in change and one 1944 wheaty and the hit the sterling in the back under the big oak tree and just below the ring I found some really old peice's of china dating probally mid 1800's and so I decided to widen the hole a little and im glad I did becuase this nice little bottle was almost 16 inches deep and remarkable not one crack which is a shocker because most of the ground around there is really packed hard dirt with lots of river rock .So all in all it was a good afternoon . Hey does anyone have a idea on the date of the ring ,to bad it doesnt have some initials or identifying marks becuase im sure someone would like to have it back .

And sounds like that yard has been a GREAT place to hunt!
