Here is a silver plate I dug up around the Florida Alabama border coastal area.
Would like info on use and date.

The back reads "Sterling X 497 Medici.

That nails it. I would have never guessed vegetable plate. I did guess the date pretty well. It fits in with the other coins and relics found in the area.
