Sterling Silver Ring

I found this at a local park a few days ago. It's marked Sterling, it looks old/vintage to me. It looks like it might have had a stone attached to it but I didn't find that.

To Love2dig!, this one had a maker mark that looks like a "B" with an "A" in the top part of the B and a "R" in the bottom part of the B.
