Stephen Hawking, one of the world's best-known scientists who brought theoretical physics to the general public with his 1988 best-seller, "A Brief History of Time," died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, in Cambridge, England. He was 76.

When I think of Hawking I think of the phrase: "Anything is possible."

Amazing mind that influenced millions of minds around the world.
Also he was truly an inspiration for those that had/have ALS as Mr Hawkings did show that the life can go on beyond the 2-5yrs diagnosis.
Sadly my sister held this hope that she my have longer chance, but only survived 6 short months after been diagnosed with ALS.
