I managed to get out last week. Hit a public spot where houses once stood. I got the usual junk, and modern coins. Here is what I dumped from the pouch.

I was really glad to see this silver edge sticking out of the dirt. I knew this place had to have a silver or two laying around. Turned out to be a ‘63 Rosie.

I was on the original grass, where the backyards would have been. I got a trashy sounding signal, iron and coin sounds. I dug it, and a wheatie came out, I stuck the pinpointer back in the hole and it went off, out came a rusty disc, it took a minute to dawn on me that it was a 1943 steel cent. I went over the hole with the Deus and it was all high tone, stuck the pinpointer back in, and out comes a 1918 Merc and another wheatie.

Here is a pic of all the finds, included 4 modern handgun rounds, discharged in pursuit of respect. SMH.
