Steel additive found in Farmer's field?
Anybody recognize these egg shape pieces of metal? they are about an inch long, just slightly magnetic. The cartaker of the property told me that they have had slag dumped in the area but not the sport where I found these. The piece stone piece has one big piece of metal and some little "droplets" in it. I figure it is sort by product of steel production and was dumped there. they came out of the ground shiny, no corrosion on them.
