Statue of "Dying Slave" with the "fig leaf" on it !

This has been in the family for about 100 years now. A great aunt bought it in Italy. It's, of course, a reproduction but is marble (I think), 24" high and has a "Fig Leaf" on the P. Parts! Well, wanted to know it's worth but can't find one like it online anywhere and was wondering if anyone out there knows anything or has seen one like it? There are plenty of them out there but without the "fig leaf", so any help would be nice, thank you.....

Hey people.... Please.....if you ever see one of these that has the "fig leaf" let me know where?.....looked everywhere online and simply cannot find one, are they that rare? Come on you researchers, I'm counting on ya ......
