State farm mutual auto insurance tag

Dug this copper tag today. It is oval 4" long by 3" high embossed it reads. PROTECTION-SERVICE STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTO INS.CO. BLOOMINGTON. ILL. ARIZONA STATE FARM BUREAU. It has one small hole on each side The car looks from the 30's? This doesn't look like a license plate topper. Please help.

auto insurance radiator badge from the 1920's or early 30's. Auto radiators used to be exposed and one would hang this badge from the radiator/bumper to show proof of insurance.
