HAHAHAHAHA, all the misinformation going around. IT'S A WWII US ARMY Button that rivets on the HBT (Herribone Twill) Coveralls and HBT, jackets and Pants, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, VALUE 0.
Send me Ebay number and I'll report for wrong description.

Hey, MD—

This 13-stars button is classified by the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps as, "Button, Tack, M-1941" and since 1941 has been used on various military clothing and fabric equipment closures.

PBK....thanks for the I.D., well not as thrilling as it being a civil war button, it being a WWII button makes more sense for not far from where I found it were some WWII barracks. I appreciate it and thanks to all for all the help!
