1)$10 series 2009 serial # jd 00009622 *
2)$10 series 2009 serial # jg 01584489 *
3)$100 series 1974 serial # k 00417281 *

Is these bill are worth more than face value?

Only 192,000 $100 star bills (from Dallas) were printed.
IF it were in EF-40 condition, it would have a premium--maybe in the $150-$175 retail value.
Source: The Red Book from a few years ago.
I doubt there is a premium for the 2009 bills, IMO
