St. George Medal with Giorgio di castrogiovanni on reverse

Hello All,

Found this St. George (spelled St. Giorgio) medal with what appears to be "Given by Giorgio di Castrogiovanni" on the reverse. Made of brass and zinc and measure 1 3/16" x 1". Can anyone help to ID it and date it.
