After spending 34.99 on feed I didn't want them taking it all, this one just couldn't figure out how to get to the feeder....well,he got frustrated and took a chicken leg I left out for the night critters.

I sure hope I didn't create a zombie!:laughing7:

GOD Bless

I got twenty bucks on the squirrel coming up with a solution to the problem. That chicken leg will only be good for you this time.

I want to keep an eye in this thread, my money is on the squirrel.

Who's taking the odds? My money's on the squirrel, too.

Careful. I was rather astonished when I put out a piece of meat and a squirrel made off with it. Given that I'm not convinced anybody can outsmart a squirrel for any length of time, I'm not looking forward to the day when they realize we're good to eat.

By the way, you are now at the head of the neighborhood squirrel's ca-ca list. But that will pass when they solve the problem. Oh yeah, put a couple bags of feed on your next grocery list. You're gonna need them...

Day two...still can't get it,so..eat some french fries.Cardinal shot was cool in the full sun. This wren is small..with a BIG mouth, summer time that is.:laughing7:

GOD Bless

My money is on the squirrel too. I feed them myself to make up for all those I shot the heads off as a boy helping to feed the family.Squirrel.png

Cardinal shot is great. Can't believe that squirrel hasn't had enough to eat and still wants the bird feed. He looks very well fed.

I buy the big jars of peanut butter an toss them in the yard. So I now have lots of friends along with birds.

My money is on the squirrel ,he'll bite threw the line and get his reward:notworthy:

Great pics! Since Sandman mentioned peanut butter, I'll share my method of feeding the birds. Take a nice opened pine cone and generously slather it with PB. Roll it in bird seed and hang up! The seed sticks to the peanut butter and the peanut butter actually provides them with protein which they need in winter.

Very nice pics thanks for sharing. You definetly have some large squirelles.

Had to shovel before day light, nice having a 23 year old that will sleep till noon...anyway,I hear this guy.."what are you looking at...now I gotta settle for toast."

GOD Bless
