Beautiful weather again today. I was going to stay home...but why? So off I went back to the same area as yesterday only next door. There was an old sharecropper house that the owner took down last year. Lots and lots of junk to sift through...don't think I'll go back there btw.

Found a sputter fuss....spinner bait...
One 1945 P nickle
Two more tax tokens ::)
One wheat...can't read the date yet
One partial boeing 737 airplane :D
Some clad and a liberty button
And.....two bullets!

Hope you had a great day! ;)

Nana

Well I just learned a bit of new vocabulary... sputter fuss... who'da thought? :) Nice finds Nana!

SPUTTER FUSS (sput-ter fus)

Verb/Adjective/Noun all maished t'gether, like maished 'taiters.

Definishun: One 'dem fishin' thangs dat makes a dadburn ruckus whens ya pull it through th' crick.

Used in a sentence: Dale, reckon' you could grab me that sputter-fuss out th' taickle box and haind it here 'cause I'm fixxin' ta quit using these cut up weiners.

Word origin: 'aint no tellin' fer sure, but probly come from yonder down by Chattahoochee way.

Nana from Alabama knows just what I said, might take the rest of y'all a little longer, lol! ;D Proud to be from the south.

NANA, Nice Haul, Had Me A Little Shook Up There For a Minute, Thought You Said "Sputter Fuse". trk5capt... :o :o :o

Gosh ya'll! I just knew all you guys would know what a sputter fuss was! Thanks for the definition Cheese! :D

You all are just tooo funny! :D

Haupin....I don't know the date on the house..... ???

Nana ;)

Lol...yeah, I'm just like a tore-up radio....I don't play! You think my english is good, you should see my cipherin'...lol! (nought plus nought equals nought) Jethro taught me.

Stoney, I know all about them mudcats. Before the river got so polluted here that you can't eat the fish, I used to go catfishing several times a week. Know how to catch several cats on the same liver? Cut a piece of pantyhose and wrap it around the liver before attatching it to the hook.

I never caught anything on a sputter-fuss ( I always called it buzz bait), but they're kinda fun to fish with anyway, lol. Nice find all the same.

:D Thanks!

Rob... I got most if not all of them together and I count 13 whole ones...

and two not so whole ones. :D

Still lots a stuff left out there Spike!

Thats some good cipherin' too Cheese!

:D
