After thinking about how long I've been collecting I needed a quick fix . This crazy spring like weather out west was a good excuse to get out for a few hours . The gophers have been busy pushing up dirt but need a good rain to wash things out same little camp I always hunt . A couple of Sierra Contracting Stem Cluster points 3000 - 2000 BC and a little Expanding stem point Elko or rose spring ? I call this camp the Elders camp just a hundred yards from Tilly's Hill always seems to give me a point or two . New storm on the way maybe some more goodies will wash out ?

I been gone for some time now (the wife says longer) lol but I still remember "Tillys Hill" and the ever present finds that follow...great stuff

Those are really nice! They look like the basalt ones I find here occasionally.

I appreciate the presentation. Those are great finds! Can you add a few more photos of the Adena-looking point? And closeups of the others?
Much appreciated. And, can you tell us youngsters a little bit about Tully’s Hill?
Please and thank you.

Those are some pretty nice finds. The weather is starting to really warm up here. Hopefully I can get out soon.

Nice finds. Sounds like a site that was occupied for a LONG time.

It's Tilly's Hill and just across the meadow from the Elders camp I have thousands of points from tilly's hill and as soon as things dry out I'll be back at it . Paleo to Historic a little bit of everything found in the central sierra foothills . I'll take some macro shots in the morning there typical rough basalt and slate types .

Wowza that's awesome I always wanted to make a display case of those have yet to find 1 theres lots of old Indian trails around me some day. Great job thanks for sharing this hope you find many more. Tommy

This is the best I could do with the weather conditions everything is moving around including me .
