Looks silver and has the initials H.K. and on the back says "O.IBLEY" any ideas on how old it is or the name of the maker mark?

Kenosha, you got it. One of your sites you posted it says "• He was a partner from 1846 to 1848 with Nathaniel W. Adams in Buffalo NY as SIBLEY & ADAMS, with a shop at 183 Main Street.
So I believe the spoon would date between 1846 to 1848.
