Kenosha, you got it. One of your sites you posted it says "• He was a partner from 1846 to 1848 with Nathaniel W. Adams in Buffalo NY as SIBLEY & ADAMS, with a shop at 183 Main Street.
So I believe the spoon would date between 1846 to 1848.
