I found listings for J. B. Blickle of Rochester, MN in late 19th and early 20th century jewelers' trade journals. It was not uncommon for major jewelry firms of that era to offer their own lines of silverware, which, although bearing their mark, were more often supplied by another manufacturer. That would explain Bickle's absence from the silversmiths' marks books that I checked.

Thanks 72cheyenne. Looks like that spoon is selling for $54.44.
My spoon is not marked sterling so probably not worth that much.

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Yes, @PBK had it right. It's a retailer mark for John B. Blickle, a watchmaker and jeweller active in Rochester, MN between c. 1885-1909.
