Spoon hall mark?

Guys & gals I come across this spoon & was wandering if ay of you can decipher the markings on the back.

I suspect it's plated.

It's not a hallmark. Just a manufacturer branding. Obviously, it's by Oneida and it's a relatively modern pattern (Saumur), introduced in 1997. The 18/10 is for the grade of stainless steel, with 18% chromium and 10% nickel.
