choo- that's a really neat spokeshave, I love the shape of it. It's large, isn't it, the curved part I mean. Thanks for showing it.
 

That's a very nice Spokeshave choo. According to Bob Converse those are one of the rarest tools you can find in Ohio. I have a few and one that looks almost identical to yours. I'd have to find the picture to count them all, but I believe I have about 14 or 15 of them.

Here's the one that looks similar to yours.

Nice! Most people pass those up as being a broken piece. I definitely don't pass them up! I like the spokeshaves and other tools. I have some points and blades that have spokeshaves made into them.
