I found this recently while diggin a footer for a new parkin garage downtown close to where I live. I hit what looked to be a small trash hole about 6' down and was findin all kinds of glass and bricks. Unforturely the bricks broke most all the glass, alot of what looked like lead glass. Real big and thick pieces that were fancy lookin, like they were from possibly from a bar or hotel, not a home I don't think. Several potiled pieces and eagle flask but all broke. I managed a few cork bottles and these. I know the one is a jar, which I was surprised came out intact. I'm thinkin the other is a SPITTOON? It look's to be made out of Bennington ware? I wood also like to know if there is a way to repair it sumhow, if it wood be worth it? ANY help wood be GREAT!!! THANX.... HH
