Obviously its broken into pieces.I found this in the ground missing some pieces tho. there are four little pieces on the side not in the picture that go to it i just don't know where. It was relatively deep and is says special police and has a Star. It looks like it has two ladies, grapes on the right, a llama in the middle, and a blank banner underneath. Could any one help me figure out what this may be?

I found it in the USA, PA , connellsville, fayette county. above a park.

Whats the year on the badge?

Yes, most of the toy badges were made of tin or diecast.

could be anything from a badge for a security firm to a toy badge. Sometimes Auxillary Police units have similar badges too. Monty
