I voted against the guy who said he, as an officer, witnessed atrocities in Viet Nam reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, but did nothing about it ( a terrible liar IMO). He also awarded himself 3 purple hearts? or some such. I am sure he probably has a higher moral character now though, after 100 years in the senate.
