I purchased this at a flea market maybe 10 years ago for I think... 7 bucks. Made out of brass. I could never find anything about it and I have looked several times. The Latin didn't really make sense to me, something about "being always malicious" If I remember right. The back is completely flat so it wasn't a pin, its some type of league token I'm guessing. If anyone has any more info that would be great.
