Spanish War Veteran Medals & Copper
Had to detect today and it was a High Tide Day.
Searched in coarse gravel at the base of seawalls at the mouth of the river.
Brought home a drilled 1937 Half Penny, haha, looks 300 years old !
Then a 'United Spanish War Veterans' cross medal, Portorico, one word.
Phillipine Islands, Cuba, USA.
Also, another Spanish War Medal. 'National Auxilliary U S War Veterans'.
Both were found a the end of an old 'Public Way' to the river between properties ending at a 6 foot wall looking out at Portsmouth Harbor.
The Medals are shown as found, they are extremely delicate.
Great Day! Love finding this Stuff !! HH to All
