✅ SOLVED Spanish Uniform Fastener?

It's not magnetic. Found next to a stoned-lined well from the early 1900's. The well is there in 1940's aerial photos. I can't for the life of me figure out what this is on the search engines. With the cross in a circle and maybe 2 animals on either side I was thinking Spanish for some reason.



It looks like a horse on the right of the cross-in-circle, and a maybe a cat or something on the left.

Kind of looks like an indicating window with a pointer doesn’t it?

Sure it isn't a suspender hook like the one in the lower left of the attached photo?

I think suspender clip also. I found it's brother on Saturday.
