✅ SOLVED Spanish Knife from West Texas

Greetings all,

My wife and her father found a knife while fossil hunting in West Texas. Initially when she found it she could only see the fish-shaped handle, and was surprised when she dug it up to find it was a knife. On its blade, there is a spanish quote (agua que no has de beber dejala correr, dejala correr), but other than that I cannot make out any of the dates or markings. See pictures below:

Can anyone tell me whether this is something special?

Really great eye ball find. I googled the translation, and google says it means; "water which thou shalt not drink let her run, let her run"

It's a cool find and knife!!

It doesn't look to be that old, the handle appears to be aluminum(?), I'm having a hard time from the picture making out the manufacturer's name near the handle, it would help trying to find out the history and value of this knife.

It also looks to have a set of numbers near the maker's name as well, can you make out what it says?
