Very interesting. this is a snap shot of a book on Indian legends called , "daughters of copper women.".
I think there is more to the Spanish then the experts will admit.

Back in the mid 70s while working on the CPR.
We were in Pincher Creek Alberta.

Listened to stories of the Spanish mixing with the tribe there.

The outcome was the blue eyed native that we spoke to.
 

I have one better, a elder told me about a cave that they took 1000 bodies in and blew the entrance, how much do you want to bet it was Spanish or English and not natives they took in the cave. He said it was because of small pox.
