spanish cob I.D

i was told to post this here

morning folks, my name is lee and ive been metal detecting in your fine country for 6 years now.
i am a regular poster over on American detectorist and was advised by the rebel to post a picture of my Spanish cob i found in the hopes that someone could identify it or at least give me a date range.
this is the 4th Spanish silver i have found on this small field, the others where 178- , 1754, 1730 but im thinking this one is older.
as you can see there is not much to go on and the other side is wiped clean,any ideas chaps ?.

this one is much thicker than the other ones i have found.

Its definitely Mexico city mint. They stopped producing cobs by 1732. So no later than that. Congrats

Thats a nice one too. Ive never found more than one Spanish silver on one site.

As far as your first one... I agree with Mexico mark... but i also am at a loss with any more information...
Any way another pic could happen... both sides. ?

to be honest mate the other side is wiped ,not a single make left on it.

well it has 2 fluer de lis --in the sheild design that design feature should help in rough dating it--the ends of the cross are of a design used by the Mexican mint ..

Thanks! I found another with 2 fluer de lis that was dated 1618-1634, not sure if that is accurate though. Is the letter on the right side an Assayers mark of a lower case g? does that mean anything at all, I found that G was 1666-1677? or If that is an O or a D it would be from the 1500s or from 1618-1634. I'm very new to this. I guess the fluer de lis matches with if that g is actually a D. Thanks for your help. I am going to assume its from 1618-1634.
