This one was whole, but as the plow brouht it up, it rolled it and damaged it. Was in a dirt clod of red clay. Was too nice to not have restored. A TRUE HEARTBREAKER!

Wow! In what county was it found? In my opinion you find fewer whole points in clay fields than in sandy fields.

Lee county. Yes, I agree that Ga red clay is hard on points. Sand is softer and more forgiving. Red clay bakes like a brick in the hot sun.
