Sovereign GT possible price increase

I just saw a post on another forum where two dealers said they got emails stating there would be a $200 price increase for the Sovereign GT in January. Has anyone heard if the machine would be upgraded with more features, and if any of their other machines would get a price increase.

No up date same detector old price MSRP $999.00 selling price $799.00.................. come January,17 2011 new price MSRP $1199.00 selling price $999.00.............I really think that someday Minelab is going to lose a lot of sales with these high prices........... At this time i think they lost a lot of sales because of Garrett's AT Pro..
