Anybody have a guess as to who was the most "active" outlaw in these regions back in the day. Suppose Billy The Kid is a good guess since he lived in N. New Mexico.

Billy wasn't an actual "outlaw", just a NY slumkid who wound up in Lincoln County NM in the
central part of New Mexico.

But Black Jack Ketchum was a real one. They hung him in Clayton pulling his head clean off.
