Sometimes, I swear I hear God laughing

Just a normal "constitutional" today. A bit longer than I probably should but, I enjoy it so!!




The "WHADIFIND?" corner.


This has some sort of design on it and it is magnetic, but ONLY on one end!
The small end is magnetic but the most is not. Maybe it used to screw into something and broke off the bolt?



A "Chucky" spill!




And, this is where the laughing was heard.

Sometimes, whilst I'm walking about I try to figure out where would be likely spots to try. You know,
traffic areas, old trees, possible house spots, etc.

Then there are times where I just look up at the sky and say, "OK Lord, you take over. I'm not doing so good
figuring things out."

That means I'm going to just start wandering wherever HE moves my feet. No patterns, no figuring, just walking and swinging.

Truth be told, this is when I find my best stuff. But, I digress even further. LOL

This rang up like a solid pulltab. I was gonna skip it but it was close enough to a penny hit so I dug. Even when I
uncovered it in the hole I still thought it was a pulltab. But...



I said, no, not a pulltab, but what are you?
I looked a little closer.

Footy prints?

Then I flipped it over.



THAT's when I could swear I heard God laughing! LOL

All in all, a good day!

Even Blingie got all decked out today.



I made a little collar for his initial. The toe-earring appears to be silver. The tail buckle was his idea.
As was the letter "A". Dunno what it stands for, but he placed it there.

Congrats. I'm sure Blingie appreciates you contributing to his "retirement" treasure chest. I've always had this dread that after asking God to let me find a gold ring, he would but it would still be on someone's hand. God would be laughing and I would be trying to explain it to police. Weird, I know.

I know what you mean. This one was a bit specific in nature. But, I see His hand in all the finds. I mean, after all, I look back over the long wavering path I walked across any field. I could wave my detector over ANY part of the ground. The field is over 4 football fields in size. AND, I not only walk directly over that ring, coin, silver, gold, etc. But, I happen to wave over that particular 6 x 8.5 AND correctly interpret a signal from trash enough to dig. I may be good, lucky, whatever. BUT, I am NOT THAT good!

Oh, I am blessed, and I know and recognize the fact. Doesn't matter if anyone else does. I know and that's enough.

The Chucky spill was kinda neat. It sounded like a penny hit but when I first uncovered one, it was too big to be a penny. I said, funny, it didn't sound like a quarter.

Blingie has his OWN ideas about fashion. He tries to wear, EVERYTHING! LOL

The message? I get those ALL the time, every single day. Really nice!
