went huntin by my lonesome today, probably one of my better days all summer. i hit a couple spots that i would rather keep to my self for a while. hope it's as good or better next time i hit it.

ya got that right. i cant get the dates off the largies yet, a little silver and in the clad there is a 1911 wheatie somewhere.

3 Largies in a day is definitely a good day. Try shooting the light from a flashlight at a sideways angle. Sometimes that helps me I.D. those LC's. Sometimes the light works better from one side better than the other. I like to hunt with others but I too have a few sights that I keep to myself.

phosphorescent light sometimes help to i.d. coins as can an l.e.d. light. nice finds.
