Some type of military insignia? This was found in an old field that was used as an ice rink. All I have been able to figure out is the Latin ''Believe and Conquer''
Would love to know more. Thank you.

The cross is the cross of St. Andrew, and in those colors, the flag of Scotland. The red thing is either a minor nobleman's cap, or a red feather.

It's not St. Andrew's University or Aberdeen, but may be some other Scottish U.
