Some type of coin ?

I throw my clad into a coffee can and after it gets 1/2 full I clean the coins and sort though them before cashing them in. Well anyways I dug this sometime this year not sure where or when. It has the same exact size and weight of a quarter. I caught it on the second sorting.
Any Ideas, I thought maybe a token.
