Case seems to be silver plated 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. It opens up to three different sections. There are two circular holders on one piece about the size of a penny and dime. There are two little loops on top that might have had chain to hold it. Case rings up in the mid 70's. Looking to find what it is and time period. thanks

Thanks cw0909, I was wondering about time period. Neat case with coin holders, too bad there wasn't a couple coins inside to date it.

It is called a necessaire and would carry the items a lady would need. Usually room for $$ and some pressed powder. Dates up until the 20's or so. Nice!
