✅ SOLVED Some sort of pocket knife from Spain?

Hello,

Got this knife from my grandpa, he bought it on a holiday in Spain. The hilt is made out of horn. And there are also some engravings on it. On the blade it sais: original pattada. Hope that someone can tell me a bit more about it. Thanks in advance.
