Hello everyone. I'm new to metal detecting and new to the forums here, this is my first post. So anyway, I found these a couple of feet apart. I feel as though they were probably dropped by the same person at the same time. Are these some sort of newer souvenir or are they as old as the date says? Is there anything anyone can tell me about either one? Thanks in advance for any info.

What are the words on the piece with 5 ??
Is the back blank ??

Hey Doublet, thanks for replying. The only thing i see on the smaller one is the word "park", and the number "5". I can't tell if it says anything on the back because it is too grimy. I don't really know how to clean it.

Cool tokens! I doubt they are as old as the date. The Jacob's Ladder reference on the back is a very steep section of the route....around a 37% grade!

1950's would make sense because all the wheat pennies we've found there have been from around that time. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to post.

I believe the Token is A slot machine token
(or were given with Cigarettes) from the late 40's or 50's

said GOOD FOR 5 PACK cigarettes

Just a Guess, I can't find an Exact match yet.
