Some Sort Of Oil Lamp ? With a Maker's Mark

I got this at a barn sale for $1 , I'm guessing it's some sort of oil lamp . The maker's mark is hard to read - I think it says ANONIER * there could be a letter or 2 in front of the A that is no longer readable ?

I think it is part of a carbide lamp, and I think my old circa 1980's Coleman Powerhouse karosine lantern has the same word stamped on the top or base. The lantern is at my hunting camp so I can't take a look at it right now.
