Some Sort of Nut? (As in Nut and Bolt)

Couldn't find any info on this, looked kind of interesting. It's probably not that old but it does have threads on the inside. Any help would be appreciated. -Taylor

Without knowing the size, it looks a packing/seal nut for for an old truck rim valve stem. Tony

It's about an inch and a quarter in diameter.

I believe you nailed it since Schrader is a manufacturer of valve stems, in fact the term Schrader valve refers to the type of valve tire stems use.
