Think it was attached to your keys. Then if lost they would get mailed back.
Some insurance companies made then for their clients.

That's a cool tag! What's on the other side? That's from a mining town during it's heyday, before the mines played out after 1910. Can't be too many of those from that tiny town. You might check with the local historical society for info on "Lizzie". Maybe some relatives are still in the area? :icon_thumright:

I've been through Golconda countless times on my way to the Getchell gold mine, which they now call Turquoise Ridge. It's a strange place Golconda is. I believe it's a key tag also.

Thanks for the replies guys. It is a cool little relic. I’ll try to dig and see if I can learn more about the original owner. It’s a local area for me so it should be fairly simple
