Now those are some pictures ! Thanks for posting (parts of ) your amazing collection.

Mr. Reaper,

You have a fantastic collection. Thank you for sharing. In the Arizona box, I see a rattlesnake rattle. What's the story behind it (i.e. what was it used for to make it an artifact)?

Kindest regards,
Kantuck

Thank you for the kind words about my collection. The rattle was a gift from a woman in Arizona along with the larger Point. I am a Moderator on another artifact site and I do a Secret Santa every Christmas and I have received some amazing gifts over the past 10 years. I've given away my fair share of nice pieces as well. And to answer your question, it's not an artifact.

I'd love to see what you have found in Montana, if you ever get the time to post it!

Sure will.

Lots of Tools in this tray and they are really nice. I don't have any close ups but the edge work on some these is amazing. The long Blade just below the Points is paper thin and has some the finest micro retouch on the edge of any tool I've seen. All the Points were acquired from the same person, as were the Tools from someone else, but unfortunately I lost all of the info in a computer crash. One Point is missing as you can see. I gave that a young girl putting together a states collection of her own.
