Some more finds from last week. Finaly got a Lock and Key!

Here are some other pics from our South Line finds. And also a few from a Miners camp area by the mine. I hope to go back and find the rest of the lock! Happy none the less, the key and lock were both on my to find list The fired 3 ringer was right next to the large shot. After research we found that the whole area saw minor gunplay beyond recreational with the Pancho Villa Raids. Need tomeasure it with caliper and try to ID it.

NICE! That Musket ball with the grooves on it has me curious? I never found one like that but musket balls are my favorite thing to find Nice Job and a Lock is on my list too! I have found a lock before but not the old padlock style like yours. Mine was a more recent one. HH
