I dug this in a lot that could have a homesite as old as early 1800s though I doubt this is that old. It’s odd though. The back is lead, front appears to be bronze depicting a suited man next to a robe? Maybe a judge or preacher is my guess. Anyone got any clues? 2inches by 2 inches.

Edit: I think it’s actually all lead, no bronze plate

Curious thing.

The jacket the dude is wearing is drape-cut with large lapels and a classic style for the 1930s. The haircut would be consistent with that too. The trousers appear to not match the jacket and look like they're maybe 'Oxford bags' (1920s-1950s). Looks like he's holding a pinstripe overcoat on a hanger. Enhanced below:

My guess would be it's printing plate from a newspaper advertisement for a gentleman's outfitter or tailoring business.

Great call. Very well could be from a print setter’s tray. An ad for a gentleman’s shoppe. There were plenty of generic lead casts to use for various ads in newspapers.
