Had an hour to kill while waiting on a friend. Got permission to hunt behind the place we to meet. Found this pin. Think the word in the middle is Russian or other Eastern European language?



Can't research until later. Anyone else have a clue?

All I know is Mockba was a Russian watch company from around WWII. Here a piece I own in 14k gold
